Refund policy

Togs & Toys

At Togs & Toys, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully, as different terms apply to purchased and rented items.

1. Purchased Items

If  you have purchased an item from Togs & Toys and it is not quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be free from stains, damage, or excessive wear
  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Process

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at togsandtoys25@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 


Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

 

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Capsule purchases must be returned in full. Individual items from a capsule cannot be returned separately.

2. Rental Items

Rental items are not eligible for refunds in the same way as purchased items, as they are supplied for temporary use.

Wear and Tear

We understand that babies and young children naturally cause wear during normal use. The following are considered acceptable and will not incur charges:

  • Light bobbling
  • Minor marks that come out in normal washing
  • Signs of general, gentle use

 

Damage, Loss or Excessive Wear

Additional charges may apply if rental items are returned:

  • With heavy staining that cannot be removed
  • Torn, broken, or damaged beyond reasonable wear
  • Missing components or accessories
  • Not returned at all

Any charges will be assessed fairly and discussed with you before being applied.

 


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window
  • Items returned in unsuitable condition
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
